Yoga Teacher Training 200 | Fall 2024 In Studio

This training offers a sophisticated education on philosophy, movement, anatomy, and all 8 limbs of yoga to enrich your life both on and off your mat.

The In Studio Program has limited spots available and includes personal mentoring. These are the dates we will be meeting together from 12:30pm-3:30pm:

• October 26-27

• November 9-10

• December 7-8

• January 11-12 - Graduation

Includes a 1 year access, downloadable paper study manual, unlimited live online classes, 6 months of unlimited in-studio classes, monthly personal check in and if you live locally, the opportunity to interview for a teaching position here at Sama.
