Her passion is yoga, meditation and movement to empower every ability. Her vision is to create a space where all feel welcome. Her dream is to support students and expertly trained instructors to collaborate in a collective community. Initially trained in the Anusara method, she immersed in NYC, CT and Munich to continue her education. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe, the United States and the Caribbean, she continues to discover soaring adventures through partnership, motherhood and studio ownership.
