Yoga is a strategy for overall health, well-being and joy, on and off the mat. It can help to alleviate stress and balance our sleep patterns, stimulate digestion and bring fluidity into joints, help to facilitate clear boundaries and move through trauma.

Classes are offered by certified, experienced and compassionate teachers in our state-of-the-art studio. We hold special sessions outdoors on our yoga deck and meditation garden, weather permitting, right here in the heart of New Canaan, Connecticut.
