Sama Yoga Academy’s 200YTT + Restorative + Kids Bundle is offered through our online, interactive learning platform, approved and accredited with Yoga Alliance®. It includes 6 individual 1-1 sessions on zoom or in studio with one of our course leaders.

All trainings also include a 1 year access, downloadable paper study manual, unlimited live online classes, 6 months of unlimited in-studio classes, monthly personal check in and if you live locally, the opportunity to interview for a teaching position here at Sama.

Learn to mindfully practice and guide Vinyasa, Open Level, Yin Flow, Yin, Restorative and Meditation practices for a multitude of ages and abilities, with integrity and equity for all. Lesson plans are included, along with enhanced learning tools, audio guide, recorded lectures, sequencing cards and personalized sessions to meet you where you are so that you can immerse at your own pace and serve, if you wish, from your own authentic voice.
